Governor DeSantis signs death warrant for Tampa serial killer Robert 'Bobby' Joe Long. Long was captured in 1984 and he admitted to killing at least 10 women in Hillsborough and Pasco counties. He also claimed to have raped approximately 40 women in three different states. He pleaded guilty to 8 homicides and he was convicted and sentenced to death in 1985.
